Caught by thy dark beauty,
I am engulfed by you,
By the shine you radiate,
I envy you,
To have known people have reached you,
I feel missed out on you,
For the dark side of you I cannot see,
I feel insecure around you,
With each passing, you emerge from the darkness,
I am hopeful with you,
When you are full and bright,
I feel energized just by looking at you,
Days you go in hiding where I can’t even see you,
I am sad,
Yet it is called New Moon Day,
So guess to new beginnings?
No street light’s lamp gives a reassuring feel as your mooney glance,
During the nightfall, the loomy shadows prance,
Surrounded by all the lampey lights, it feels fake,
Then sun comes up and I am awake.

For all Mankind – Spoiler Alert!
In the last episode of 2nd season of For All Humankind, a space based series in an alternate timeline, 2 astronauts go out on the surface of the moon with duct tape covering their body to replug the switch for the nuclear reactor cooling plant. They are stuck in the warfare between the Russians and the US. A gun shot shuts down the nuclear reactor cooling plant. They could have stayed and become melted like everyone else on the base or make it someone else’s responsibility or hope it will get fixed some other way. Yet they chose to go and die for it.

Finally finished reading the love guide, the answer? Yes, it does help, it helps to know our own attachment style, our parents’ and our partners, and how to choose one based on your attachment style or better attune to each other’s need if you are already in a relationship. One can use the principles and apply to it all different relationships with some adjustments. I alternated between audiobook and Kindle. Somethings I understood better by ear and some by text.
Guards! Guards! by Terry Pratchett
It’s a lovely company in solo travels, sick days and flights where you can’t sleep. I took my good time with it. Now I understand how it’s a match to Douglas Adams, the author of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. He had this thing down called intelligent humor, nobody could take an offence for it. It’s not the mean punch on anyone up or down. It’s a punch at your brain and then you crackle up in laughter.
So I ended up buying another one of the Discworld series, called Men at Arms.
Experiences
Wedding!
My cousin got married, she was looking beautiful and I felt something heavy in my heart as if I didn’t wanna let her go. Is it normal to feel so? Why was I feeling that? Even though we haven’t connected in a long while. Why was I experiencing it so strongly? Was it an acceptance of the reality of the fact that we are all grown up? Is that the purpose of the marriage, to tell everyone – “Hey, I am a grown up now, you can back off”.
P.S. The writing style is speculative and reflective. I have been doing the “thinkings” so it might be bit different.
Thanks for reading, not so far, it was short.
Peace Out V,
Calra
